Itchfest Bids
Due to the popularity of Itchfest and the limited number of fields it is unfortunately required that we cannot let every team that wants to play in. The fairest approach that we came up with is a bid process. Each team must submit a bid prior to the deadline with information about their program and a check for the full amount. After the bid deadline Vanderbilt will select 16 open and 8 women's teams, the remaining teams will receive their bid check back (no checks will be cashed until after the bid deadline).
The invited teams will be selected on a few factors. Team history, including previous years finishes and expected outlook this year will be taken into account. We strive to make Itchfest a competitive tournament but more importantly we want a very equal pool of teams so that every game will be challenging for every team. If you have competed in Itchfest or Music City Tune-Up in previous years include that information. We love to see returning teams. The check is perhaps the most important piece of your bid. If you do not get your check in on time you will not receive an invite.

- Team name
- Division (open or womens)
- Last years' performance
- Predictions for this year
- Other Pertinent information (i.e. club sectionals is the same weekend and we will be missing players)
- Check for $225 made out to Vanderbilt Ultimate
- Bid Deadline: Sept. 20th
